2.Calangute Beach

Vagator Beach is one of the finest Beach in North Goa. Vagator beach is less crowded compared to other beaches. Chapora Fort is located near to this Beach. On reaching you should visit Chapora Fort.

In monsoon, when you stand near to those wall, and when the wave comes, the water hits the wall and falls on you. I went here in the Monsoon and I will never forget about this great experience . Water sports are also available.

5.Anjuna Beach
It is located in North Goa. Anjuna is famous for it’s Flea market. The flea market is open on every Wednesday. It is the best place for shopping, where you can buy Beautiful jewelry, handbags, shoes, cloths, home decore items, spices, Tibetan jewellery, and many little stuffs. Clothing and Tibetan market is one of the main attraction of this Flea market. Anjuna Beach is less crowded as compared to baga. But it is perfect place for shopping .

6.Candolim Beach
Candolim Beach is one of the cleanest Beach in North Goa. It is located near to the Calangute Beach. Candolim Beach is always crowded with International tourists and Indian tourists also. But in Monsoon it will become quite dangerous, so don’t try to go too deep into the water. The best time to visit is between Oct-May.

7.Aguada Fort
Aguada Fort was built by the Portuguese rulers in 1612. Aguada is Portuguese word which mean ‘Fresh water’. From this concept, Fort got its name, Aguada. The fort was built to defend against the Dutch and the Great Marathas. Aguada Fort and it’s lighthouse are the main attractions of Goa. Lighthouse is one of the oldest lighthouse in Asia .The rainy season is the best time to visit this fort.

8.Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church
The Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church is located in Panjim, Goa. This Church is one of the first built Church in Goa in 1541. The bell at the Church is second largest Church bell in Goa. The feast of the church is celebrated on 8th December every year. During this time, theChurch is decorated with lights. Akshay Kumar’s film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi was shot here and many numerous films has been shot here. The Church is 1.5 km from Panaji bus stand.

9.Old Goa
Old Goa contains no. of cultural and heritage sites and many of them are well preserved and still in used. Numerous Churches and Cathedrals are present here. Old Goa is also called as Velha Goa. Old Goa is 11 km from Panajim bus stand.

10.Goa State Museum
